What is plumbing design?

While repairs and fixing problems is a big part of what we do, we have a passion for new construction and remodels. What most people don't realize is that building plans don't come with waste and water layouts. It's up to the plumbing contractor to create, design, and execute the waste and water lines that will flow throughout the home or business. We take pride in our designs. Our clients can rest assured knowing that what's behind the walls or under ground is Properly installed and well thought out.

  • Are you a homeowner looking to make additions to your home? Or a building contractor looking for subcontractors for your project? IPD will help execute your vision. From applying for permits meeting with subs completing the work and requesting inspections. We will be there every step of the way. 

  • Kitchens and bathrooms are now focal pieces for homes and it all starts with Plumbing. If you want to install new fixtures to spruce up your bathroom, or you're planning a complete remodel, updating your plumbing will not only bring new life to your home but raise the value of it, too. Its always great bringing out the potential of a worn down space.

  • Electric, Gas, Solar or Hybrid. Storage tank or tankless. There are many options to choose from for your hot water heating systems. IPD is happy to assist you in repairing, replacing or choosing the best option for your home.

  • Is your toilet making a funny noise? Does your faucet leak? We can replace garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, install new water or waste lines, you name it. IPD will walk you through your options and take the steps to help you find a solution.

  • If your pressure at your water fixtures is too high or you start to hear loud banging noise in your walls when you shut the water off to a fixture chances are you need a new pressure regulating valve. These are typically installed at your main water line on the exterior of your home. Pressure regulating valves are important because they regulate the water pressure supplying your home. Keeping consistent flow and preventing Supply line failure.

  • If you have a high water bill, you might have a leak. It may be coming from a fixture that needs replacement, or a toilet that keeps running or even somewhere underground. IPD will identify the source of the leak and help find the best solution to resolve any leaks found.
